Shipping policy

Standard processing time is 7-14 business days for all sewn items and 3-5 business days for stationery items. Multiple items will be bulked together with the longer processing time.

We use the USPS for shipping all of our items, and we attempt to keep shipping costs low by using First Class Parcel rates. Please be advised that the USPS delivery times are only estimates. We cannot guarantee you will receive your parcel by a specific date. You can select a shipping upgrade at checkout for an extra fee.

Additionally, we have no control over the USPS delivery system. Therefore, if you have concerns about tracking your package or poor handling, please contact your local post office.
