Processing Times

Our standard processing time (does not include shipping time) is 3-5 business days. Custom items have a processing time of 2-3 weeks of purchase. 

Return and Refund Policy

All Sales are Final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please verify your order and mailing address prior to checkout.

For pre-orders and personalized/customized items, you understand that the items are fulfilled after your payment has been cleared and will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of purchase. These are custom items and cannot be refunded. 

If you have received a defective item, please email info@lalunedesigns.com, and we will try our best to help you.

If the address is non-deliverable due to the wrong shipping information entered, USPS will return the package to me in a couple of weeks. You will be responsible for shipping again in order to reship it. Refunds will not be processed for incorrectly entered information. Please verify the information you entered prior to submitting your payment.

Additionally, we have no control over the USPS, UPS, and other delivery systems. Therefore, if you have concerns about tracking your package or poor handling, please contact your local post office or mail service. We are unable to process refunds for poorly handled parcels. Please bring this to the attention of the post office delivering your mail.

Countries We Ship To

Currently, we ship to the US only, utilizing the USPS. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
